Royal Point Equity (RPEQ) is a Texas-based, commercial real estate investment company with offices in Dallas and Houston, Texas.  Our mission is to offer high-quality multifamily real estate investment opportunities to a growing community of investors based on comprehensive research and thorough analysis of market prospects. We specialize in targeting multifamily communitieslocated in Sun Belt states with the potential for increased profitability based on value-add strategies, such as improved management, physical upgrades, and/or renovations. 
 
Only a few of the hundreds of potential deals Royal Point Equity reviews every year survive our selection process.  We carefully evaluate prospective projects taking into consideration the market, property condition, management/operations, rental income, and expenses. RPEQ strives to meet (and often exceeds) projected returns for a project through prudent analysis and forecasting of achievable objectives in the business plan for each property, and by making discerning asset management decisions with the best interests of our investors and residents in mind.
 
Notably, each principal of Royal Point Equity invests substantial personal capital into every RPEQ project because they believe in the property and the business plan.  The company operates with investor interests in mind and seeks to build long-term relationships by consistently delivering profitable results. Royal Point Equity has acquired 29 multifamily assets consisting of 4,016 units in seven different markets valued at over 400 million dollars.

The partners at RPEQ have over 59 years of combined commercial real estate investing experience, including nearly 30 years focused on multifamily. We have 28 multifamily properties under management with acquisition costs approaching $400 million, including 4,016 units in 7 markets. The partners have invested in a total of 108 multifamily properties in 8 states, including 22,344 units with an acquisition cost totaling $2.36 billion. Seventeen of those properties have gone full cycle, resulting in significant returns to our investors.
